Processing and handling is very slow. When you contact JB there is always an excuse for your order/orders not shipping in a timely manner. If a product is out of stock it should be updated as such on website and app. That way out of stock items can’t be purchased. Other than those problems I mentioned above her products have helped my skin. Handling and processing time is unacceptable!!
