I really hadn't thought of purchasing a car on-line before, but the process seemed hassle free and the salesman I spoke to was extremely reassuring and helpful. In the end I decided to drive up and see the car and complete the purchase in person, as I only live an hour or so away from Jennings. I got a really warm welcome, and was surprised to see a huge selection of nearly new cars - I would have been spoilt for choice if I hadn't already fallen in love with one on line.
I was particularly reassured by the two year Ford Direct warranty, and blown away with the offer that I could return and replace the car within the first 30 days if I decided it wasn't for me. I don't think many dealerships make such an offer.
And, having done extensive research before purchasing, I am confident that I got the best possible price for my trade-in, and a really good deal on my new car.
All in all I had excellent care and service from Jennings. I am telling as many people as possible to give them a try, and I will definitely use them again in future. Big thanks to the lovely Paul Robinson!
