It was the first time that I had bought a car "over the internet", and so I went into the situation with a bit of apprehension. I was part exchanging my Ford Fusion for a Ford B-Max.
I need not have worried. Everything went smoothly. The car arrived on time; it was in superb condition and overall I was delighted with the purchasing experience.
