Customer service was shocking.
Vehicle checks and procedures prior to purchase were not carried out.
Over 3 weeks to try and fix a problem to be then told you won't fix it under the warranty so I have to live with the problem or have to get my money back.
Given a courtesy car that I couldn't use for work so caused over 3 weeks of inconvenience.
Told to return the courtesy car and get my money back, to then be told I needed to give the car back but couldn't get a transfer until after the weekend.
Messed up the money transfer and lost the car that I was meant to be purchasing.
Caused me nothing but inconvenience and cost me financially & productivity.
