The service was excellent from start to finish. Paul from the motability department is fantastic. He was friendly and helpful as always and helped me make the best decisions for me and made the process so easy. It was so easy and exciting getting my car and finally having some independence and Paul did everything to help and was almost as excited as I was when I got to drive away in my new car. Thank you Paul and thank you Jennings Ford for helping me get out and about.
