Even though I had some knowledge of the offer Chris in Sales explained exactly what the finance was and made sure it was manageable over the full period of the term. Explained extra offers like the three years service plan. Self drive test was good to get a feel of the car and follow up call was reassuring I wasn't forgotten after the purchase. Felt I received a really good deal.
