We were made to feel welcome and that our custom was appreciated. Everyone we came in contact with during the buying experience were both friendly and approachable while giving us the confidence that we were buying from a professional person who could answer all of our questions and certainly was willing to go the extra mile even to having the towbar fitted for us which was a really big help. When we collected the car it had been prepared and presented beautifully and our thanks go to the whole team and in particular to Alan Platten for his knowledge and patience going through all the intricate features and even setting up the Bluetooth for my phone.
