I am extremely happy with the motor vehicle recently purchased at Jennings Ford Middlesbrough and the service of the sales executive involved with the purchase. However it was necessary to return with the service manual which had not been completed with the pre delivery check completed, engine vin number was ineligible, and several details had been tipexed out and over written. I requested and received a new service manual, in place of the botched up original, new vehicles should be supplied with new documentation. A disappointing unprofessional situation which should not have been allowed to happen.
