I was not offered several of the insurance packages (alloy, paint work etc) until I was picking my car up. These should have been mentioned to me when I signed up the lease not handover. It was an after thought and only because there was paper work I had to sign to say I had been offered it.
I am really pleased with the car that I have chosen and the help with this. The sales assistant was very friendly and this one incident, unfortunately has tarnished the experience.
