After a disappointing start to negotiations with the internet salesman, which is well documented, my experience with the Jennings team was excellent. The efficient & courteous service from your salesman, Chris Todd, provided throughout was appreciated, and was instrumental in a "quick turnaround", my having travelled from n.Wales to Sunderland in my old car, and being anxious to start the journey back home without undue delay in the new vehicle.
I would also re-iterate my thanks to all concerned for their co-operation in returning my "Blue Disabled Badge" which I had unfortunately left in my former vehicle.
Had it not been for the uncertain start to my dealings with Jennings, I would have happily given a 5 (Very Good) Rating
