The buying and trade-in all went very well and the Stonic is all that we .expected.Unfortunately our after Sales experience was marred by our being £327 out of pocket until such time as it takes for someone at Kia Finance to give us a refund for an installment taken for the car that we had already traded in. As this self same problem occurred the previous time we changed our car we rang Jennings to try to prevent a recurrence.Sadly they appear to not value our custom enough to oblige.The previous refund took 3 weeks,we trust that this one will be quicker.
