Taylor was excellent throughout the process. He recognised that I would find it easier if my family were entertained, and showed them where the toys and TV were. He made is a cup of tea and generated couldn't have been more helpful. He sold me a car on his 4th day on a quiet day (GNR) - speaks for itself.
