I have found, after trying many other diets, Jenny Craig to be the easiest program to be on with the yummiest of food to enjoy. I don't feel tempted to eat something I shouldn't as I am able to have biscuits, cake etc on my program and I don't feel like I am missing out on anything. Its exciting to see my consultant each week to see how much I have lost! Its the best thing you will ever do and you wont regret it.
