I find the Jenny Craig diet just right for me. The food is yummy and portions are perfect so I don’t feel hungry or I’m missing out on anything. Caroline from Dee Why is so supportive that when I fell off the wagon she was positive and helped me to pick myself up and get back onto the plan. I’m really happy with my results so far and I’m excited to soon reach my goal weight.
