I was very happy with the staff. Simone Takapuna office was delightful. My husband and I were both on the program and yes it does work. I thought the food was acceptable but my husband felt there was too much pasta and vegetarian food and that with some exceptions overall The food was quite bland And many dishes tasted very similar.
