She advised me perfectly to help me find the exact chain size I needed, with still a bit of variety possible as Caitlin revealed the catch could go on any of the links.
I originally wanted 38 cm (which would have been custom size since the shortest length possible on their website is 40cm), but since she said the catch could go anywhere I went for 40cm with the possibility to shorten it at 38 any time. It’s like 2 chains in 1, thanks to Caitlin’s help.
