“Jens Hansen is by far one of the most personable companies I have ever shopped with. They actively let me know that I could email them with questions and concerns right out the gate, and when I let them know that I had an upcoming anniversary but had not found out about their work until two weeks prior, they took excellent care of me and made sure my order got to me on time - ahead of time even. The ring that they sent is very well crafted, and I love the care they put into the packaging. The hand tied bow and the wooden ring box add to the sense that they care about their work. Overall, I highly recommend their work and their service.”

“The rings look amazing. Excellent after sale service. They allowed me to return my ring for a sligth adjustment as long as I was covering the shipping fees, which is totally fair. We really love the craftmanship.”

“This was actually my second purchase. My first ring was stolen (ironic isn’t it? Curse you Gollum!). the second purchase I requested the etching to cover all around instead of half the ring like the first time I got it. ( there’s wasn’t a 360 visual back then so didn’t know if the text would wrap half or full so that was my fault) but then this time it wrapped around much better with just a tiny gap which is fine because it depends on the text you’ve written. I loved it as much I loved the first one and maybe even more.”

“Excellent craftsmanship as always! I had them install am amethyst gem on my ring of Hugo. It really pops! I have received so many compliments and from other jewelers as well. I’m very happy with it. “Okay, the product is amazing, well, it is beyond amazing. However, the international shipping process is a really painful one. It is like getting into the vault of Scrooge McDuck in Duck Tales. I wish the shipping process can be amended/adjusted from the shipping team in Jens Hansen. That's all.”
