“Jens Hansen is by far one of the most personable companies I have ever shopped with. They actively let me know that I could email them with questions and concerns right out the gate, and when I let them know that I had an upcoming anniversary but had not found out about their work until two weeks prior, they took excellent care of me and made sure my order got to me on time - ahead of time even. The ring that they sent is very well crafted, and I love the care they put into the packaging. The hand tied bow and the wooden ring box add to the sense that they care about their work. Overall, I highly recommend their work and their service.”

“My girlfriend has always been fascinated by The Lord of the Ring so I when I have heard of this place, it was no-brainer to where to get the engagement ring. There has been slight hassle at the delivery as additional documents were needed to fullfill the KR-NZ FTA requirements but Halfdan himself took care of the documents over the weekend so it was delivered just on time. Proposal went successufully at the beachside of Okinawa even though the storm was approaching. We had one good day with the most beautiful sunset and of course, she said yes. I believe this ring does have its own mystical power to allow us with one good sunset before the storm. I hope this represent rest of our life, no matter in what storm approach us, there will always be a ray of joy. If I ever need another ring,(Not for another woman obviously) I will be coming back here again.”

“We had an expedited our custom order from NZ to California. Not only did we recieve it. The ring and chain were beautiful. The only problem was DHL We required to sign for the package. They left it on the doorstep on the middle of the porch, waiting for porch thieves. Erin was fantastic.”

“I am taken back by the craftsmanship. The detail of the ring is impeccable. I love that the radii on the edges and circumference are just the right size to make the ring feel comfortable and inviting. Furthermore, I am pleased by the whole process from ordering, to the arrival, and the intentional packaging. You are all masters of your craft! “The True Maker of The One Ring. Absolutely legendary. If you want a piece of cinematic history, this is the only place on Earth to go. I ordered the 22ct yellow gold The One Ring to rule them all and Frodo's sterling silver chain, and holding them is a surreal experience. This isn't merchandise this is flawless craftsmanship from the actual workshop that designed the original movie props for The Lord of the Rings. They say the Fellowship was defined by the journey, not just the destination. In that exact spirit, acquiring this ring marks a monumental chapter in my own life's quest as I walk the path toward getting married. It stands as a beautiful, golden milestone on the road to building a future with my partner a symbol of commitment, adventure, and a love that is absolutely bound together. “I purchased The Ring of Hugo (Sterling silver) five and a half years ago in fall 2020. At first I only wore it for special occasions, but then grew to love it so much that I started wearing it daily. After years of daily wear the ring is still beautiful and often is a conversation starter, with hardly any marks. I could not possibly be happier with my purchase almost 6 years ago (to the point where I am writing a review now this much later). Cannot more highly recommend.”

“I got a silver ring with an elvish engraving on the inside only. The ring itself is excellent, and the ring engraving is very good looking with thin and clear lines. I did order the ring in the wrong size (too small) because the sizing rings I used were too thin (maybe 1mm). I contacted the company and shipped it back and they were able to go a 0.5 larger. It fit great after that. I'm giving 5 stars because the company under promised and over delivered. Customer service was excellent in the chat feature and email before purchasing and during the size correction process. They delivered sooner than the time frame they estimated, and most of all the ring is great!”
