“Dear Jens Hansen Team, If you would have seen me when I took the ring out of the box, no words would be needed to describe my emotions. The ring is perfect and a thing of beauty, it is exactly what I have been dreaming of and hoping for. I love the shape, the rich color, the massive weight and how smooth it feels to the touch. The engraving on the inside looks super sweet and like a hidden secret (which it is)! I love that this is a hand-forged piece. Everything carries the spirit of its creation. As someone who also creates, I can confirm that this is true and that I am proud to be wearing this precious piece and honoring that spirit. Thank you very much Erin and Rebecca for answering my questions and helping me with great patience. And thank you to the Jens Hansen team for allowing me to own the most famous ring in the world. This ring is a gift from my husband, who does not care for the Lord of the Rings at all, but he deeply loves New Zealand and has been to Nelson and loves the thought that my ring comes from there 😊 . “I bought the 18k replica ring size 11, just as it was in the movies. I can't tell the difference between my ring and the movies, it's an exact replica, exact thickness and polish and weight and size, it has surpased all of my expectations from these amazing jewelers! Getting this ring was the best decision in my life, I'm not joking. Going to college? No. Moving half way across the country for a career opportunity? No. Getting married? No. Buying this ring? YES!!! Easily the best decision I've ever made. You cactus understand unless you buy one and hold it. Just becareful. It has a tendency to make you fall asleep while holding it and repeating my precious over and over! Thank you for such amazing quality and customer service! Jacob Clary”

“The website is pretty neat in which you can see a preview of the ring and rotate it. It gave me plenty of options (where to engrave, what to engrave on it, and the gold karats) to decide what is right for us. They update me with everything that is going on with the process so that I know what is going on. The only problem I had was DHL forced me to pay about $90 to get the ring delivered and threatened to return the ring if I didn't pay that. Once I recieved the ring, the ring was well packed with a lot of notes of love. The ring is beautiful and my fiancee loves it.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the yellow gold Golden Kiwi necklace I purchased from Jens Hansen. I live in the UK and had seen it worn very regularly by HRH The Duchess of Cornwall a senior member of our royal family and it looked beautiful with every outfit she wore so I decided to buy it. I had excellent communication from Jens Hansen from start to finish and could even pay in installments. I could trace my Golden Kiwi's route from New Zealand to Wales UK and was so excited when it arrived in excellent condition, well packaged delivered by a friendly and polite delivery driver from DHL exactly at the time I was told it would arrive. I have worn the golden kiwi every day since it arrived with all sorts of outfits and on many different types of occasion, it is so wearable and I have been complimented on it. People are fascinated that it is a kiwi and came all the way from New Zealand to Wales UK. The quality of the necklace is outstanding and a beautiful colour. I highly recommend Jens Hansen an excellent company for customer service, communication, delivery and a beautiful necklace of excellent quality. Thank you Jens Hansen.”

“Huge Tolkien fan here. This is my favorite jewelry store! Everyone was extremely helpful every step of the way. Not a single hiccup! I’ve purchased several pieces and absolutely love every one. All of this was done from the other side of the world in the USA as well.
