Staffs are super friendly and took the extra mile to ensure the package arrived before my big day and it did! Not only that, the after-sales service was superb with speedy responses... my fiance made some scratches on the ring the first time he tried it on and the Jens Jansen team offered to polish it with no extra fee. Just felt very taken care of, every step of the way, with the Jens Jansen team almost like they were local! Very impressed.
