The staff is amazing and keep you updated the whole time, as well as answer any questions. Even online it feels very personal and individual. These guys are pretty expensive let’s not lie, you can get rings for a 1/3rd the price and heavier weight of gold, HOWEVER! Once you hold a Jens Hansen ring in your hands, you’ll know IMMEDIATELY where the price comes from - QUALITY. Every jeweler will say they’re world class, but these guys are the only ones that can claim that with 100% truth!
