I was so fortunate to discover Jens Hansen and had them forge the engagement ring of my dreams for my partner. As we reside in Denmark though, I was a bit worried about purchasing a ring of this caliber all the way from New Zealand - but all my worries were put to shame by the Jens Hansen's customer service professionals, who were super reassuring, helpful and quick to respond to my questions at any time while I debated with myself which design to go with. I felt safe with my purchase at all times and the ring arrived very quickly after dispatch from Jens Hansen. A big thank you to Erin and Rebecca for helping me choose and for answering all my questions with utmost patience. Ultimately I chose The One Ring with the elvish engravings and my (now) fiancée was touched to tears when she saw the ring. The photos of the rings on Jens Hansen's website are beautiful and well-taken but they cannot do the rings justice when compared with real life. In my opinion, it is nigh impossible to capture the richness of the gold, the delicacy of the intricate engravings or the flash of the diamond in photography. Thank you Jens Hansen for making it possible to buy such a magnificent peace with so much history and meaning behind it.
