This company was so easy to deal with. I needed a small modification to the length of the chain. No problem. Received the ring & chain 5 days earlier than expected. Half way around the world..that's no mean feat! The tracking with Route.com was an added extra bit of excitement.
The item is absolutely marvelous. My wife is over the moon.
