Louise gave us a very warm welcome in the first few days and was there to help us with any questions or problems. She gave us a good briefing and many helpful tips for traveling alone. If I needed help with something in between, she was able to help me a lot and made the initial phase a lot easier for me. I am very happy that I was accompanied so well the first few days.
