As soon as we arrived in New Zealand, we felt very comfortable and welcome. We never felt like we were alone in this, because there were always people to talk to. Especially Shontelle was very kind, helpful and always there for you. The only thing that was a bit unfortunate, was that the pre-orientation call did not happen.
