I was stuck and on my own trying to find out how the Canada Application form worked but was completely lost but “Jessie” from the Australian office has helped and guided me though my application. It’s only the first step but it has gotten me closer than I was before and having hope again that I can make my journey to Canada possible. The help was very friendly, calm and she knew what she was doing. Should’ve called right from the beginning.
