Ordered shorts and got confirmation. After a week, not updates on my order shipping so I sent an email to inquire what the status was. I got a reply email stating they were out of my size and offered me a different size or different style. Very frustrating that they never reached out to me about this problem and annoying that they oversold on certain sizes. The shorts I received are nice, however I will be giving my business to other boutiques with actual customer service in the future.
