“I would say the customer service is middle of the road. They responded to me about my issue, and after about a week I re-emailed and did get a response. The issue was a broken bead at the end of the drawstring on the shorts upon delivery . I requested to return the shorts. But email response was do not return, they will mail me a bead. I feel like I should have had the choice to return or not. this order was returnable by store policy.”

“I ordered a short set and before I received it, I received the same set as a gift. I returned the set to Jess Lea Boutique as instructed on March 26. The tracking shows that it was delivered on March 28. I have not received my store credit. I really wish the store offered a refund. The item I received was exactly as described so no problem there. Just not good customer service.”
