“I love the clothes and own an immense amount but the customer service is possibly the worst I've ever encountered. I'm on 2 weeks of emails and calls with absolutely no resolution. I think a manager needs to get involved at this point. So disappointing!”

“Ordered shorts and got confirmation. After a week, not updates on my order shipping so I sent an email to inquire what the status was. I got a reply email stating they were out of my size and offered me a different size or different style. Very frustrating that they never reached out to me about this problem and annoying that they oversold on certain sizes. The shorts I received are nice, however I will be giving my business to other boutiques with actual customer service in the future.”

“The size chart was not accurate for this swimsuit. I was actually on the smaller end of the size and ordered it anyways and it is way too small. I am stuck with it because you can't return it. Definitely would review those sizing charts for this product.”
