I would say the customer service is middle of the road. They responded to me about my issue, and after about a week I re-emailed and did get a response. The issue was a broken bead at the end of the drawstring on the shorts upon delivery . I requested to return the shorts. But email response was do not return, they will mail me a bead. I feel like I should have had the choice to return or not. this order was returnable by store policy.

Size charts for shirts are not accurate. I would have been better off without using your size chart because I would have ordered all size small shirts, but instead went with mediums and they were way too big. Disappointing

Absolutely love your clothes, but the sizing is not consistent. In the everyday shorts, which I love, I am a XL. Could still comfortably fit a 2XL. I got the gauze lounge set and the 3XL is what fits. I also have the Harlan shorts in 2X and those fit but are big. I would probably need to size down. I feel like your clothes run small and are different in size from piece to piece.

The jacket that I purchased is okay - tight in the shoulders and too big in the body per most of the jackets that I buy. It's decent quality and came quickly. However, given that it doesn't fit exactly right, I am disappointed by the unrealistic strictness of Jess Lea's return policy. It is unrealistic for someone with a job to return something and have it be received within 14 days of when it was shipped given that it took 7 of those potential days for it to arrive.

The duster bag I received had a big slash thru it... thankfully the bag wasn’t sliced but the bag came awfully created taking long time for creases to air out if they ever do

They’ve got cute products but the custom service is not the best but I’m going to chalk it up the weather & their moving as to why I never got a response back when I reached out to say my package was lost (which the PO finally found).

I purchased the other day, red bead and tassel earrings, received the order confirmed, yesterday I received the shipment was on the way, followed by another email saying out of stock, and refund given. Should you not have picked up on it being out ofr stock before you confirmed the purchase?? Justr wondering, Linda Jackson
