I would say the customer service is middle of the road. They responded to me about my issue, and after about a week I re-emailed and did get a response. The issue was a broken bead at the end of the drawstring on the shorts upon delivery . I requested to return the shorts. But email response was do not return, they will mail me a bead. I feel like I should have had the choice to return or not. this order was returnable by store policy.
