I ordered a short set and before I received it, I received the same set as a gift. I returned the set to Jess Lea Boutique as instructed on March 26. The tracking shows that it was delivered on March 28. I have not received my store credit. I really wish the store offered a refund. The item I received was exactly as described so no problem there. Just not good customer service.

Very disappointed about the fit “true to size”. To return I had to pay a fee for return, pay for shipping, and then also only get store credit. Not impressed at all.

I ordered a pair of shorts, after delivery fees and taxes, the short came out to be very expensive. One I opened them, there was a HOLE in the left side panel. Poor quality for such a high price.

after speaking to customer service I mailed an item for exchange on January 2. still havent received my item or even acknowlegement of your receipt I sent for exchange. Very dissappointed to say the least!

My order was a “sale” item, aka $3 off AND HUGE. The sizing on the website is at least 4 sizes bigger than it was listed. Now that I’ve returned the item, I’ve yet to receive my store credit. I called the store and Jean was incredibly nice, the only reason I didn’t have a lower star rating. Disappointing that places like this stay in business.

I’m really disappointed in the shoes I purchased. The strap snapped in 4 separate places between the 2 shoes, the first time I wore them. Sad.

I would give you a zero for my first and last purchase. What I bought looks nothing like on the website and is false advertising. Then you make the customer pay for return shipping and don't own up to your false advertisement and won't give people a refund only store credit. Never shopped at a place like this before and never again!

My first item was a purse and a stone fell off within an hour of using it. I emailed customer service and asked for a refund or a store credit. They ignored me and are sending a new bag. My second purchase is a top with poor quality material. I won’t bother returning it because I know I won’t get my money back and customer service is difficult and slow. But what makes me really angry is that I have paid for 2 pre orders for September….I want them cancelled and I want my money back!!!!

I placed an order and it said it had an ETA at end of May and didn’t receive until June 9th. I also paid for UPS ground shipping and received via USPS. With no refund for the extra shipping that I had paid. First and last time shopping

Purchased a sample to check quality, service and shipping. I was charged $14 to ship one pair of joggers. It doesn't cost that much to ship. Sent an email to get a refund for the difference with no accommodations. I personally don't recommend.

Hi Nikky. If you would like to purchase wholesale for your boutique please shop on our wholesale website. Our shipping prices are for bulk wholesale orders and our website doesn't recognize when someone just purchases one style.

I recently ordered. Camera case for my daughter for Christmas, unfortunately the case was too small for her camera & lens! She received this gift on Dec. 27 & realized then that it was too small! I attempted to contact someone about trying to return it, but was only provided with an email of return policy which states that item was not RECEIVED by them by Dec 28

Ordered serape shorts, thought I accidentally chose the wrong size because I received a Large when I wanted/ordered a small. Went to try to reorder and noticed that even though I do choose size small, the size is automatically changed to Large during checkout.

I’m sorry as would never give bad online review but will privately give you this feedback. I’m exchanging shorts. I emailed a question and took multiple days for reply. Your online policy mentions a return form but could not find on your website. I finally just shipped them back with a note to exchange. I know they delivered as shipped fed ex but have no idea when I’m going to receive new pair. I replied to the email saying I was exchanging and asked how long that would take but no one has replied to that email. Really hoping I get my new shorts soon as want for vacation.
