ADVERTISED Luxury hotel with operational water park quality rooms proper dining facilities. REALITY Incomplete hotel broken elevator basic rooms missing amenities non-operational water slides inadequate food service. Jet2holidays promotional images showed fully operational water park with slides and family facilities. Upon arrival hotel had no signage water slides were unfinished/unusable rooms lacked basic items (bins proper bedding) elevator broken only ham sandwiches for dinner with no vegetarian options. The comparison between Jet2holidays' promotional materials and the actual accommodation represents one of the most clear-cut cases of consumer misrepresentation, with advertised luxury facilities and operational water parks completely absent from the delivered experience.
