I usually order most of my goods online, but in this case I choose to shop with a local dealer. The service that I received here is 2nd to none. I would never get this kind of service at Amazon or John Lewis. This really drives back a desire in me to spend my money on the High Street and not online, as they can not provide the same level of service that a high street retails such as the Jewellers Ark has provided. I can highly recommend the Jewllers Ark as they are offer what all customers should get when they buy on the High Street.
