If you haven't already tried, we find the setting instruction video or the abbreviated instructions very helpful and they can be found by entering the calibre number (F150) here: https://www.citizenwatch.co.uk/setting-instructions If you feel there is a fault with the watch, you can either return it to us or directly to Citizen with your warranty booklet and this can be investigated/diagnosed for you.
