The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

Not happy at all with the watch. I cannot get the correct time displayed. Tried many times. It shows 1 hour slow and the second hand is 36 seconds fast.

If you haven't already tried, we find the setting instruction video or the abbreviated instructions very helpful and they can be found by entering the calibre number (F150) here: https://www.citizenwatch.co.uk/setting-instructions If you feel there is a fault with the watch, you can either return it to us or directly to Citizen with your warranty booklet and this can be investigated/diagnosed for you. Your order was delivered to you within 2 days of it being placed and when you returned it because you ordered the incorrect item, we processed your requested refund within a few hours. Ordered from them to support independent jewellers. However, they took the payment and delayed sending of the item, giving some pathetic excuse about having to charge before they send. I specifically asked for the item not to be charged so they could send sooner but they refused to respect my wish. Terrible service. Will never buy from them again. I would recommend others to avoid if you want your item dispatched quickly, and only to be charged when it is dispatched.

Good Afternoon Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. As we have have explained in our emails, your order will be delivered within 4 working days (Monday-Friday) from when it was ordered. Although 4 working days is a little slower than the vast majority of orders placed with us, it is still within the 3-5 working days that we advertise on our site. The reason we will not send the watch without it being charged , is simply to ensure it is working correctly, as most customers would be very unhappy if their purchase arrived with a problem that has not been checked prior to being sent. We have already apologised for the slight, but not unreasonable delay, however we do not feel we need to apologise for ensuring purchases arrive in correct working order. Kind Regards Jewellers Ark
