I bought this item on behalf of my Daughter who had a very bad experience with a jewellers called Hines so she was a little apprehensive. But the service she received from Ark could not have been different. Where she received a very poor service from Hines she was over the moon with the service she received from Ark. Thank you very much, we will definitely be using Ark again.
