Bought a Citizen watch from them via their website. Best price I could find and yet they have a high street presence as well. Best of both worlds. This became important when there was a problem with the watch within days of buying it. It was a charging issues which was hard to demonstrate but I could take it in and allow them to test it which led to a quick resolution and a replacement. Great business model.
