Very friendly and polite. Easy to deal with. Bought a watch as part of my wife's ruby wedding gifts and although it Rotary failed to deliver when they said, Jewellers Ark chased it up, adjusted the strap to the required size, gift wrapped it, and sent it recorded delivery to ensure it arrived in time. Even included a free gift (pen). Thanks to all concerned. It was a big hit on the day.
