The staff at Jewellers Ark were really helpful. They emailed me to confirm how many links needed to be removed from the watch strap, which was really helpful because I had misunderstood the method of measuring the watch strap.
Jewellers Ark then emailed me a photograph of the watch so I could confirm it was all ok, before they delivered it.
I would certainly buy from them again.
