The item purchased was very good quality and we were delighted with it as was the recipient. The period between order and delivery was quiet long at some 13 days. I chased the order and found that there was an issue with supply and I was assured it would arrive in time and it subsequently did. Perhaps an update email could be arranged for notifying customers if anything is going to be more that 5 - 6 days for delivery. All in all a good experience and I would definitely recommend your site to friends.
