placed an order with jewellers Ark. I received a prompt email from Adam advising me the item was out of stock till early November. He asked if I wished to wait till then or he offered me a choice of 3 different items, the 3rd being a new item in the collection which was slightly more expensive but they honoured the original price of the item that I had ordered. Highly recommend this company good fast reliable service.
