I'd have no hesitation using Jewellers Ark again or recommending them. the Swatch watch I bought was the cheapest price I could find and the delivery lightning quick. Unfortunately 6 months later the buckle snapped off the strap but Adam sent a free replacement immediately - just all round excellent service
