I bought a silver bracelet from them after searching around to find a particular one at a good price and in stock, Theirs was significantly cheaper than John Lewis, so much so that I thought it might be a con. So had a look at the shop on streetview, and called the number to check it was in stock. The man I spoke to was very helpful and it was delivered within 24 hours of me placing the order, even though I hadn't had to pay extra for fast delivery. I really can't fault them, and with valentines day approaching my search will start with them this time.
