This was the first time I had used Jewellers Ark and I was not disappointed, I found the hot diamonds bracelet I wanted £50 cheaper that anywhere else. I ordered on a monday and was a little worried as I didnt receive an email acknowledgement, so after a couple of days I emailed them and got a response very quickly and a copy of the email i should have had. They explained that the one they had in stock had a faulty catch so would be getting one in in the next day. I then received the bracelet on the Saturday morning so only 6 days, the bracelet is lovely and I would not hesitate to use them again.
