I recently bought my first item from Ark Jewellery and would most certainly buy from them again. On this occassion i had to return the item, not because of a quality issue but because i had chose wrong for the person i bought it for. I phoned Ark and they were very helpful and the person i spoke to could not answer some of my questions regarding a replacemnt , they promised to go away and find out and phone me back. I recived a phone call as proised (very quickly) and all my answers to my questions were fully answered. I would be happy to purchase agin from Ark and also recommend the to others.
