Made a purchase from the U.S., which their website wasn't really set up to do, so they went to the trouble of trying to modify it. It didn't work in the end, but we figured we'd just go directly with PayPal. They were very patient and offered excellent customer service at the best price I had seen for the item; shipping from UK was very fast and problem-free. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
