I ordered a Citizen Men's Navihawk watch over the phone as I don't order online very often and I prefer to speak to human beings when I can. I am pleased to say the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and talked me through the functions of the watch and I was even more impressed when it was delivered the very next morning!
It has now been over 2 weeks since I received my watch and I am still thrilled with it.
I will definitely use Jewellers Ark the next time I want a watch.
