I paid €525.95 for a 9ct gold engraved ring that arrived with poor engraving and subpar quality overall. When I raised this with jewellerybox, they refused a refund and instead offered a 10% refund or a 20% gift voucher — which is laughable considering the price and quality. Why would I ever want to shop there again?
They hide behind a “no refunds on customised items” excuse, ignoring consumer rights under UK and EU law that still require products to be of acceptable quality and fair value. I’ve since initiated a chargeback and reported them to consumer authorities.
Avoid this company — they do not stand behind what they sell.
