Expensive, felt pressured to use them and pay from the initial phone call. Later discovered the council would have done the job for a third of the price. After 10 days loads of groggy wasps in the house. Difficult to contact them for a 2nd visit, emails not answered and took ages to get customer services to answer the phone. Told they would not be available for 7 days. They did however send someone in 4 days when I made a fuss. Could do better!
